This is the day allocated for like-minded friends and graduated participants to gather and practice together. The session includes sharing and group sitting. Like-minded friends who have attended WISE's workshops or courses may join.

Sunday Pointing Meditation

Waking up to a wonderful meditative journey where you will understand your mind a little better. A rest day is also a day to reset the mind to prepare yourself for another week of observation and learning. Open to all who have attended Mindfulness–A Starting Point.

From Daylong to weekend retreats and longer ones, in group and self-practice, WISE offers participants different options and opportunities to cultivate mindfulness+wisdom, and keep themselves close to the community of practitioners.
With a dedicated retreat center in the quieter neighborhood of Klang Valley, continuous support and conducive environment for participants’ mindfulness journey after the beginner’s workshops are available at all time.
